dimpora field testers

As a science based company, we get all of our products thoroughly tested in our laboratory as well as through 3rd party labs. However, we also believe that intensive field testing is important to validate our technology.

The dimpora tribe, composed of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, is not only driven by a shared passion for nature, but also by strong ethical and environmental values. We ask them to push the limits of our products. With their inputs, feed-backs, and expectations, we will continue to constantly improve and innovate our products.

We are very proud to introduce the team!

Philippe maurer & MOUNTAIN4LIFE

Location: Bern, Switzerland

Mountain sports and being in the nature are his passions. Whatever the weather, he is in the mountains either biking, paragliding, climbing, skiing or mountaineering.

In August 2020, he spent the whole month in the Swiss mountains. The project Mountain4Life originated from Philippe' s motivation to share his passion and do something useful for others. His goal was to achieve a minimum of 25'000 meters altitude in 30 days while being sponsored by individuals or companies per meters achieved. The entire amount raised went to CARITAS’s project supporting the mountain farmers in need.

To support his project, you can also donate!

Christian simon

Current location: Lofoten, Norway

In the past month, in a remote place in the north of Europe, a bunch of dimpora jackets were facing the sea spray and the ever-changing weather conditions around the shores on the Lofoten.

Thanks to its functional abilities, they are keeping Christian and his team of movie producers dry and warm while they perform their cinematographic magic.

We are looking forward to receiving feedback on the jacket's performance from these field tester… And also to seeing the resulting movie!
